Faded Shades Release New Single - 'She Left Yesterday'
"She Left Yesterday" Is A Song About Love Lost To The Allure Of Travel
Alt-rock trio Faded Shades have just announced the release of their brand new single "She Left Yesterday." The song follows their popular single, "Chasing Your Love," released in late-2019.
Having recorded their debut record in the comfort of a home studio, the band changed their approach for the new release, heading to a professional recording studio to capture a more refined, polished sound on their second album singles.
"She Left Yesterday" was recorded in West Ham London with the help of Producer extraordinaire, Louis Takooree. The song is performed by Joe (singer, songwriter, and guitarist), Liam (bassist), and Charlie (drummer).
"She Left Yesterday" explores a relationship between two people who want very different things. There is the choice to stay or leave, to pursuit a passion or be content with what you have, to hold on or to let go. These themes dance around the idea of travelling and the strain that separation puts on relationships.
'll make a safe bet she don't stay. She's hell bent on running away. The water calls in a subtle way. Journeys whisper calling her name." - Lyrics, "She Left Yesterday"
